How to Apply:
Gently remove wand from container. Apply on eyebrows in an upward motion. Pat dry with cloth or tissue.

* USE ONLY FOR EYE BROWS
* Do not use as an eyelash conditioner
We recommend a sensitivity test by applying a small amount to inside of wrist to check for any irritation.
